Join us on 1st & 3rd Mondays!

Relational Presence Circle is a practice that’s all about deepening connection with others by really being present and attuned to what’s going on between people in the moment.

It’s a group of people coming together with the intention to explore their experience of each other’s thoughts, feelings, and reactions as they happen, without trying to fix/change anything or control the direction of the conversation.

Come create connection, foster understanding, and grow emotionally (both individually and within a community).

Benefits of regularly attending Relational Presence Circles:

  • Deepen Your Emotional Awareness: This helps you tune into and understand your own feelings as well as the emotions of others.

  • Improve Your Communication Skills: Encourages active listening, honest expression, and reflective communication.

  • Enhance Empathy: Promotes a deep sense of empathy by encouraging you to step into others' emotional experiences.

  • Build Vulnerability and Trust: Creates a safe space where participants can share authentically and build trust in the group.

  • Foster Present-Moment Awareness: Encourages staying in the present moment, which increases mindfulness and awareness in relationships.

  • Reduce the Need to “Fix” Others: Focuses on being with people’s experiences rather than offering solutions or advice, which can lead to more meaningful support.

  • Strengthen Interpersonal Connections: Helps you build deeper, more meaningful connections through authentic dialogue.

  • Promote Non-Judgmental Acceptance: Cultivates a space where you can be seen and heard without judgment or criticism.

  • Increase Self-Awareness: By reflecting on how others perceive you and noticing your own reactions, you gain more insight into your own behavior and emotions.

  • Grow Your Authenticity: Helps you be more real with yourself and others by removing social masks and allowing for open, honest expression.
